As a person in recovery, I know how challenging and confusing it can be to take the first steps toward creating and sustaining a healthy lifestyle after addiction.
The fact is that what you eat makes a huge difference in the quality and strength of your recovery, your mental health and ultimately, your happiness.
I also know that it can feel like we've had to give up so many 'things' in order to recover, and food is sometimes our last place to find 'comfort', which is why I've only included delicious recipes that you'll love to enjoy.

Hello, I'm Jen
I'm in long-term recovery from 17 years of active addiction. After healing myself from this, anxiety, depression, trauma and chronic pain, I went back to school for functional medicine, nutrition, life coaching, yoga, and more, so that I could help others create a stronger recovery like I've done for myself.
My passion is teaching people how to use nutrition, lifestyle and alternative medicines to support their recovery from addiction, chronic stress, mood swings, fatigue, chronic pain, medication dependency, and more, so that they can feel good in their own skin and experience true freedom, even when it seems impossible.
